Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the terms and Conditions between you, the customer, and IM Publications Open ("us", "we") governing the purchase of our physical-products (Books) and downloadable digital products (PDFs). Your purchase of both products constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We need to receive payment before any goods/products are sent.
Cancellation of Physical Products (Books)
A customer may cancel an order between placing the order and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. If the cancellation happens after the goods have been dispatched then a refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods or 14 days within receiving proof of postage from the customer, if earlier. The cost of returning the goods to IM Publications will be the responsibility of the customer. Please advise (email@example.com) if you are returning your order.
Cancellation of e-Products (PDFs)
Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of the product. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provided. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our e-goods are final.
Non Receipt of PDF Download
If there is an error with the PDF download file, we need to be notified within 14 days of the date of purchase so that we can send a replacement file. Any notification after 14 days will be at our discretion whether to send a replacement.
Use of e-Products
Your purchase of an e-product constitutes our granting permission to download and access that product for your personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to a format for your storage, retention and reference. You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any e-product other than for the purpose above. You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party or upload the file to any publicly accessible website.
If you are a bookshop or purchaser buying on behalf of a customer, it is important that you inform the customer of these terms relating to our e-products.
IM Publications Open unconditionally guarantees items purchased through this site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund of the product. The buyer is responsible for any costs of returning the goods to us. However if the return is due to an error that we have made or damaged goods, we will fully refund the product, delivery charge and cost of return postage.
Reasons for Returning Physical Products:
DAMAGE -Please advise IM Publications (firstname.lastname@example.org) within seven days. The time limit for you to return the product is 30 days.
In the event the item is delayed/ lost we will offer to replace/ refund in full after:
- Ten days if sent 1st class UK
- Fifteen days if sent 2nd Class UK
- Twenty-five days if sent Airmail to Western Europe
- Thirty days if sent Airmail to USA/Canada
- Forty days if sent Airmail to Rest of the World
All returns should be wrapped securely and sent, with the original packing slip and the reason(s) given, to:
